Black Bean Brownies

As gross as they sound they are soo good! Your kids won’t be able to tell the difference. Great way to sneak some beans in their diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup coco powder
  • chocolate chips, topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Wash and strain black beans.

  3. Put all the ingredients except the chocolate chips & coconut flakes in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Add chocolate chips or coconut flakes after you finish blending.

  4. Grease an 8×8 pan. Then pour the mixture into the pan and then top it with a sprinkle of coconut & chocolate chips.

  5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
